Ciao a tutti! 
I BeyHive italiani grazie al sostegno di Beyoncé Tribe Italia non si stanno risparmiando e hanno deciso di crear una Fan Action anche per la data romana allo stadio Olimpico del On The Run II che si terrà l’8 Luglio.

IL PROGETTO

Per la data romana del On The Run II vogliamo realizzare una coreografia da stadio mozzafiato! 

Lo scopo è quello non solo di assistere al concerto più atteso dell’anno, ma far partecipare attivamente i fan grazie a una coreografia che comprenderà ben tre settori dello stadio Olimpico! 

Ma la cosa più importante è quella di rendere omaggio e mostrare tutto il nostro amore a Beyoncé e Jay-Z, per ringraziarli di essere tornati di nuovo in Italia non con una ma con ben due date! 

È la nostra occasione di segnare nuovamente la storia delle Fan Action ma soprattutto di conquistare ancora di più la nostra coppia reale dimostrando quanto il fan club italiano faccia sul serio! 

L’organizzazione di Roma è guidata e gestita da Giada, Serena, Lucia, Manuel e Moon, cinque BeyHive che hanno creduto nel progetto fin dall’inizio. 

Per questo magnifico evento ci affideremo a T.I.F.O. un’agenzia di produzione per articoli da coreografie da stadio, i ragazzi di T.I.F.O. sono già prontissimi ad aiutarci nella nostra impresa e aspettano solo un nostro segnale per iniziare questo bellissimo viaggio insieme.

LA RACCOLTA FONDI 

Per realizzare questo bellissimo progetto abbiamo deciso di dare inizio ad una raccolta fondi affidandoci alla piattaforma di crowdfunding Produzioni Dal Basso, che ospitò due anni fa la raccolta fondi per il Formation World Tour nel 2016 e che attualmente sta ospitando anche la campagna per la data del San Siro. 

La donazione è un modo non solo per sostenere economicamente il progetto ma è soprattutto un gesto di riconoscenza e amore per gli artisti e un modo per condividere un obiettivo tutti insieme. 

La donazione sarà molto facile da eseguire: potete scegliere l’importo che intendete donare, partendo da un minimo di 1€. Produzioni dal Basso non impone un tetto massimo alla vostra donazione. 

I metodi di pagamento incontrano tutte le esigenze, si può infatti pagare tramite: bonifico, carta di credito/debito. 

Insomma facilissimo! 

Non c’è nemmeno un limite alle donazioni che potete effettuare, quindi se volete contribuire a piccole dosi durante tutto il periodo della raccolta fondi potete farlo tranquillamente! Ogni donazione, grande o piccola che sia è importante perché ci avvicina sempre di più al traguardo e soprattutto ci avvicina sempre di più alla reazione che avranno Bey e Jay quando vedranno ciò che abbiamo fatto per dimostrare il nostro amore! 

Ma ora vediamo quanto dobbiamo raccogliere per questa iniziativa.

Il costo totale della Fan Action, incluse spese della piattaforma e tasse per i materiali è: 

• 2.500€ per la Curva Nord 
• 5.000€ per la Curva Nord; Distini Nord-est e Distinti Nord-ovest. 

La scelta dei settori è stata presa in base a esigenza logistiche date dalla morfologia dello Stadio Olimpico.

Il contenuto della fan action verrà scelto insieme a voi passo passo e in base a quanto riusciremo a raccogliere! L’importo non è insormontabile e se ognuno di noi si impegnerà a contribuire riusciremo a raggiungere l’obiettivo e magari coinvolgere anche altri settori! 

Forza ragazzi abbiamo bisogno del vostro aiuto per rendere questa esperienza ancora più indimenticabile. 

COSA SUCCEDE SE NON RAGGIUNGIAMO L’OBIETTIVO

Qualora non si raggiungesse la cifra per realizzare la Fan Action abbiamo scelto anche noi di devolvere l’importo raccolto in beneficienza a una delle cause umanitarie sostenute da Beygood e ChimeForChange, anche questa volta decideremo insieme con un sondaggio quale causa sostenere con i nostri contributi.

The Italian Beyhives with Beyoncé Tribe Italia are not sparing any effort and we have decided to create a Fan Action for the Roman date of the OTR II at the Olympic Stadium, on 8 July 2018.

THE PROJECT

For the Roman date of the On The Run II we want to create a breathtaking stadium choreography!

The aim is not just to attend the most awaited concert of the year, but also to actively involve the fans thanks to a choreography that includes three sectors of the Olympic stadium!

But the most important thing is to show all our love to Beyoncé and Jay-Z, to thank them for being back in Italy again not with one but with two dates!

It is our chance to re-mark the history of the Fan Action but above all to conquer even more our royal couple by showing how serious the Italian fan club is!

The organization of the Fan Action is led and managed by Giada, Serena, Lucia, Manuel and Moon, five BeyHivers who have believed in the project from the beginning.

For this wonderful event we will rely on T.I.F.O. a production agency for articles for stadium choreography, the guys of T.I.F.O. are already ready to help us in our business and just waiting for our signal to start this wonderful journey together.

THE CROWFUNDING CAMPAIGN

To realize this wonderful project we decided to start a fundraising by relying on the crowdfunding platform Produzioni Dal Basso, which hosted the fundraising for the Formation World Tour in 2016 two years ago and which is currently hosting the campaign for the date of the San Siro Stadium.

Donation is a way not only to financially support the project but it is above all a gesture of recognition and love for the artists and a way to share a goal all together.

The donation will be very easy to perform: you can choose the amount you wish to donate, starting from a minimum of € 1. Produzioni dal Basso does not impose a ceiling on your donation.

The payment methods are very easy, you can pay by: bank transfer, credit / debit card.

There is not even a limit to the donations you can make, so if you want to contribute to small doses during the fundraising period you can do it safely! Every donation, big or small, is important because it brings us closer to the goal and above all brings us closer and closer to the reaction that Bey and Jay will have when they see what we have done to show our love!

But now let's see how much we have to gather for this project.

The total amount for the Fan Action, including platform fees and fees for materials, is:

€ 2,500 for the Curva Nord
€ 5,000 for the Curva Nord; Distini Nord-est and Distinti Nord-ovest.

The choice of sectors was made on the basis of logistical needs given by the morphology of the Olympic Stadium.

The content of the fan action will be chosen together with you step by step and based on how much we can collect! The amount is not insurmountable and if each one of us is committed to contribute we will be able to achieve the goal and perhaps also involve other sectors!

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE DO NOT REACH THE OBJECTIVE

If we do not reach the amount to realize the Fan Action we have chosen to donate the money collected in charity to one of the humanitarian causes supported by Beygood and ChimeForChange, we will decide together as well which cause we want to support with our contributions.
