Cosa è: è una App che permetterà ai disabili di non trovare i parcheggi dedicati occupati dai "furbetti incivili" che spesso se ne fregano e parcheggiano dove capita senza minimamente pensare al disagio che possono provocare. Praticamente vuole essere una App contro la "disabilità morale" di chi è privo di senso civico.

Come nasce l'idea: sotto casa mia c'è un parcheggio per disabili che è costantemente occupato da chi disabile non è e mi è capitato più volte di vedere chi aveva diritto al parcheggio dover parcheggiare la macchina molto più distante con disagi a volte davvero inimmaginabili. Da qui la voglia di fare qualcosa e da qui l'idea di creare questa App.

Chi sono io?: sono una giovane ragazza di Alessandria che ha imparato a "smanettare" e lavoro come free lance creando siti web e piattaforme. Mi piace, anzi mi esalta, l'idea di fare una cosa che possa essere utile socialmente e non solo utile a chi me la ordina per produrre reddito.

Come si svolge il progetto: ho progettato la App e adesso la devo realizzare. Ma non basta. per poterla presentare ai vari Comuni italiani devo realizzare un prototipo completo con tanto di dissuasore ecc. E' questo il motivo per cui ho bisogno del vostro aiuto. Realizzato il prototipo potrò presentarla ai Comuni dando loro un'opportunità di civiltà ed educazione e io sarò felicissima!

We just started whit this project and we're having a great feedback. So we'd like to explain a bit better what is this APP about.

The idea came from the big issue of incivility that often rules among us. We thought we wanted to do something about the problem of disabled-parking only kept busy by people without disability. We know the problem should be solved at the root working on education and civic sense but this is a long and hard path to achieve and the issue of disable people always having trouble to park where they have right to, is something that we think we can do to stem this plague. So.. HandicApp is a system who communicates with parking bumps. The App can be installed only by people with a real disability, for at the moment of installing it requires my disability parking card code and my personal data attesting that I'm the person in question or the person stated as my driver or accompanying person. When I'm near to parking, my App pulls down the bumps and here it is my free parking! Plus HandicApp suggests me the nearest free parking. Me and my team just started to plan the hole project to present to any city municipality who wants to join the idea (and we hope we'll be many of them). There's a lot of work to do: the entire system and configuration and the prototype to present. That's the reason I ask to alla of you who believe this project is worthed to help . Thank you!
